Each sales person brings a unique set of strengths and weaknesses to the team. Shopping calls are conducted on each participant, in preparation for this workshop. Every sales person will have the opportunity to listen to themselves on a recorded call, and critique their skills as a starting point for this training. These calls will also be reviewed by bte and, in conjunction with pre-course, online participant surveys, will be used to identify specific sales skills that require attention. Based on analysis of the research, a detailed recommended course outline will be presented. Training modules that address identified skill gaps may include:
