About LA (Leslie Anne) Palamar

LA (Leslie Anne) Palamar has been a major force in the hospitality and tourism sector for over 25 years, assisting companies to realize their sales, marketing and human resource potential. Working with some of the most respected hotel brands in the business such as Sheraton and Delta, LA moved into regional sales and marketing in hospitality franchise and management.

Working at a national level with Howard Johnson and Ramada, she attained the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing, before moving into brand management. In 2003, LA formed bte, to provide sales, marketing and training support to the tourism and hospitality industries.

LA's community and industry involvement includes volunteering with the World Partnership Golf Tournament, speaking engagements and committee work. She is on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Hospitality Marketing and Sales Executives and a member of Ottawa Tourism, the Canadian Professional Sales Association and the Canadian Tourism Human Resource Council.
